My room lacked net curtains, so I had to choose between a dark room and full visibility from outside.

i found our king room spacious, with a separate bath and shower. the kittocks bar offered great food and service. breakfast was buffet style, which i like. all staff members were friendly and helpful.
the room door was slightly difficult to open.

the staff were awesome and super helpful. the breakfast area was great, i had a fun time with my friends. i thought the hotel grounds are beautiful, so many picture opportunities!
the bathroom tiles had a wobble to them, but it was a very small issue.

the hotel is close to st andrews bay, i saw a lovely view from the premises. coastal paths offer nice walks if you would like to explore the area. the setting of the hotel is beautiful and well maintained.

the gym had lots of equipment and was very clean. the spa has a nice pool, sauna, and steam room. there is outdoor seating i saw around the hotel, really nice in good weather. the grounds were immaculate.

the staff were very friendly and helpful , i thought. the reservations team was professional, helpful and very easy to deal with. they are very attentive to my needs, i really think.
